what cream is it though? im really patchy on my face.
i have combination skin and i cleanse,moisturise,exfoliate etc but still prone to getting spots! and everytime i wake up i have an oily t-zone, which really annoys me! how can i prevent that?

i have oily skin and i did everything like you but some day i stopped using moisturizer –it was oil free! and i have less acne. try it and exfoliate –it is great
If You Have Oily/Combination Skin Its Much Better To Use A Lotion Or Moisturising Milk Rather Than Cream As Cream Is Very Thick and Gives This Skin Type To Much Moisture!
not necessarily. they make moisturizing creams for combo/oily skin types that work well. it all comes down to the ingredients of the product, not the form.
just avoid oily food that it..u’ll free from oily skin..no oily food at alll…
